In a press conference, the Florida Panthers head coach gave details on Aleksander Barkov's health after he left last night's game with an injury.

After last night's 4-1 win, Paul Maurice should have been happy that his team is only two wins away from winning the Stanley Cup. Unfortunately, he wasn't. He faced the media with a worried face.

The Panthers captain, Aleksander Barkov, left the game after a dirty hit from Leon Draisaitl:

"Draisaitl receives a two-minute minor for roughing Barkov on this play after a review."

Catch Maurice's comments in the video below:

"This isn't The Oprah Winfrey Show. My feelings don't matter.»

Today, Maurice seemed a lot less worried when he gave an update on Barkov.

"Maurice on Barkov's status today: 'He wasn't worse, so that's a really good thing. The real assessment will be tomorrow.'

He adds that if Barkov continues to make good progress, they should be in 'good shape.'"

Later, Marc Spector added that Barkov's jaw may not be broken and that if he deals with a concussion, we can't predict what will happen:

"Playing doctor here:
By this, we can assume it's not a broken jaw for Barkov. That WOULD be worse — swollen, sore, the next day.
So most likely a concussion issue. Which we all know is impossible to predict.
IMO, the only way Draisaitl is suspended is if Barkov is out. Doesn't sound out."
