A somewhat scary moment during Tuesday night's game between the Detroit Red Wings and Nashville Predators. Michael Rasmussen was taken into the boards in the third period by Luke Kunin, and went face-first into the stanchion, or glass partition. Here's are a couple of different video versions:

According to reports, Rasmussen did not want to leave the game, but was forced to by trainers so they could check him out. He would, however, return before the game ended and seemed no worse for wear. The Preds would go on to win the game 3-2 in a shootout.

This incident, of course, would be compared by many on social media to the Max Pacioretty - Zdeno Chara one in 2011. That one had a much different result as Pacioretty would be stretchered off the ice and missed a considerable amount of time due to the collision.
