BREAKING: Penguins Place Former First-Round Pick on Waivers

The Pittsburgh Penguins have officially placed a player on waivers and he is a former first-round draft pick of a Canadian team!

Insider Elliotte Friedman just announced today's waivers and they include forward Colin White of the Pittsburgh Penguins.

White was originally the 21st pick of the Ottawa Senators in 2015 and has bounced around the league since being bought out.

He is now available to any team to pick up for free, otherwise he will be heading to the AHL.
