The Calgary Flames and Vancouver Canucks have already completed one trade this season and now it appears as though another may be coming shortly.

NHL Insiders Confirm Canucks And Flames Are Close On Lindholm Trade

Elliotte Friedman reported tonight that the Canucks and Flames are in 'intensifying' talks regarding the veteran center.

There is word tonight talks between Vancouver and Calgary are intensifying around Elias Lindholm. We will see where it goes.

Fellow insider Kevin Weeks quickly followed the report by confirming that he has heard that the Flames are working on another trade in recent days. Of course, Weekes was his usual cryptic self in the post, leaving it open to interpretation.
