BREAKING news coming out to the hockey world as a 17-year-old NHL hopeful has passed away.

17-Year-Old Passes Away During Team Practice

It was announced today that 17-year-old Venedikt Osipov has passed away due to cardiac arrest.

Sport-Express reporting that HC Bobrov forward, 17-year-old Venedikt Osipov, died during training today due to cardiac arrest. 🙏

The team plays in the Natsionalnaya Molodyozhnaya Hokkeinaya Liga (NMHL).

HC EkoNiva-Bobrov forward Venedikt Osipov died during training. SE reports this. According to the source, the hockey player's heart stopped. Social networks provide information from his teammates who say that Osipov has long experienced heart problems. This season, the 17-year-old forward played 34 matches for EkoNiva-Bobrov in the National Youth Hockey League and scored 12 (7+5) points.
