40-Goal Scorer Officially Hits the Trade Block in Calgary

This 40-goal Scorer has been officially reported as on the trade block in Calgary as they start to rev up their rebuild.

The Calgary Flames will be the star of the show as the trade deadline approaches, as they have signalled to the rest of the league they are willing to make some deals regarding their top assets. Moving Nikita Zadorov and shopping Noah Hanifin and Chris Tanev, the Flames are clearly sellers this year.

Now, it has been reported that they are looking to potentially move Elias Lindholm. The former 40-goal scorer is a pending UFA, and the Flames are looking to hopefully cash in instead of losing him for nothing.

It is obvious that the Flames are looking to build for the future, moving Zadorov for picks, and likely hoping to get prospects and picks for the pending UFAs that they are shopping. Right now, they are sitting in the middle of the pack, and hopefully, they can acquire the means to help them in the long term.
