BREAKING: 25-Goal Scorer Hits the Waiver Wire

Jakub Vrana has had a rough go the last few years after scoring 25 goals as a 22-year-old in the league. He will now be placed on waivers by the St. Louis Blues.

Via a source close to the team, Jakub Vrana will be placed on waivers today. Once one of the most promising prospects in the league, he has fallen off a cliff since his trade to Detroit from Washington. He was traded last year with 50% salary retention to St. Louis, but it has not worked out.
