Connor McDavid's injury last week led people to believe he would miss the heritage classic today. We now know that he will play tonight.
Barring Setback McDavid Will Play at the Heritage Classic Tonight
McDavid's original injury timeline of two weeks had him returning next weekend. Now, however, we know that he will play tonight.
As of last night after practice the plan was for McDavid to be in the lineup so barring a setback this morning, 97 will make his return against the Flames.
It'll be exciting to see #97 make his comeback!
