Gary Bettman has reached a decision on Flames defenseman Rasmus Andersson's suspension.
Bettman Reaches Suspension Decision
Late during the third period of a game between the Flames and the Blues Jackets, Rasmus Andersson laid this brutal hit on Patrik Laine which resulted in a four-game suspension.

Andersson was not happy with receiving four games for the hit and decided to fight the decision by submitting an appeal to have the suspension reduced. Andersson met with commissioner Gary Bettman who has the final say on the matter.
Bettman did not rule in Andersson's favor:

Now Andersson will serve the rest of his suspension, which is three more games, and will be ready to return soon.
