In breaking news, one of Calgary's top prospects has been charged with a serious crime. The Calgary Flames have released the following statement on the matter today.
We became aware of a potential legal issue involving Topi Ronni following our selection of him in the 2022 NHL Draft.
We take this matter seriously and will let the legal process follow its due course.
We have no further comment at this time

It was reported this morning that Ronni has been suspended from his Finnish team until the investigation is complete. The alleged crime happened two years ago before Ronni was drafted by the Flames.
