David Krejci officially announced earlier today that he's retiring from the NHL.
Now, the reactions are starting to come in, and the Bruins' president has made a heartfelt statement.

The End of an Era
This is a great tribute to David, who has been in Boston since 2004. He played 1032 games in the Bruins' uniform, scoring 786 points during that time.
As it was expected, it's the end of an era in Boston.
We wish him the best in his retirement!
