The Calgary Flames announced earlier today that defenseman Michael Stone retired from hockey.
Michael Stone played a total of 552 games in the NHL with the Calgary Flames and the Arizona Coyotes. Last season, he registered 11 points in 48 games with Calgary.
Michael Stone was hired by the Flames to a new position.
He will now be a part of the Flames Player Development team.
