If only the Florida Panthers could figure out how to push around the Vegas Golden Knights like this. A Vegas fan trying to get 15 seconds of fame by jumping in front of a live report last night at T-Mobile arena was stopped by reporter Samantha Rivera of CBS Miami, who remained calm and collected during the whole thing.
The Kind of Fan you Don't Want to Be
Rivera was attempting a live update from T-Mobile when the fan attempted to jump into her shot midway through. Rivera simply held him back saying "nope, nope", adding "That's the kind of fan you don't want to be" after she had successfully pushed him out of the way.
Get the Hell out of My Face
Rivera herself tweeted a video of the incident and took a bit of a shot at Golden Knights fans while doing it.
"Listen, I don't give a damn what team you're rooting for - get the hell out of my face when I'm working and respect that I'm here to do my job.
Excited to get back home to some classy Panthers fans for game 3!!"
