Askarov's Hasek-like poke check sets off Marlies' captain Shaw

Yaroslav Askarov is becoming an absolute spectacle.

Benching his net after shootout wins, diving all over the place, and doing it all with a killer mustache. The 20-year old has posted decent numbers in the AHL this season and did so in entertaining fashion.

I mean...

That was during Wednesday's 2-1 shootout win over the Toronto Marlies. In the same shootout, Askarov channeled his inner Dominik Hasek and came flying out of his net on Marlies captain Logan Shaw. And Shaw was NOT happy about it.

Should Askarov be penalized for that poke check or is it fair game?
