As large as he is, fighting isn't
Tage Thompson's forte. Not yet, anyway. The 25-year old has plenty of time to figure it out, but he was on the losing end of it on Tuesday.
Immediately after Nashville scored to take a 3-1 lead, Thompson (6'6'') challenged
Kiefer Sherwood (6'0'') - presumably to jolt his team. The Predators forward takes the fight in my eyes, mostly because of the full-blown body slam to close it out.
He was losing the reach battle (obviously) so he used his lower center of gravity to put the much-larger Thompson on his back. Tidy work.
