According to Florida Panthers correspondent David Dwork, New Jersey Devils associate coach was arrested in South Florida early on Wednesday for a DUI.
Dwork writes: "Deputies took Brunette into custody on multiple charges including DUI and disobey of a stop of yield sign. He was taken to the Broward Main Jail."

The NHL's All-Star festivities are being held in South Florida, and Brunette coached with the Florida Panthers from 2019 to 2022; first as an assistant before replacing Joel Quenneville as the head coach early in the 2021-22 season.
Under Brunette, the Panthers won the Presidents' Trophy before being swept by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
This is a developing story.
