WATCH - Vancouver Canucks Pay Tribute to the Late Gino Odjick

The Vancouver Canucks paid homage to the late Gino Odjick on Wednesday night, and at a time when they can't seem to get anything right, they hit this one out of the park.

The team donned Odjick's iconic #29 with the classic 'skate' jerseys along with a touching video tribute:

Odjick played 444 games for Vancouver and made a lasting mark on the fanbase. The enforcer racked up 1,793 PIMs in that span, many of which came in defense of teammates; namely Pavel Bure and others.

The Canucks legend passed at age 52 but will be remembered in the city forever. Wednesday night's tribute is just a glimpse at what Gino Odjick means to the Canucks franchise.

Classy move from the organization.
