This was an odd one that required a couple of watches to fully appreciate.
Freddie Andersen caught a pop fly and tried to bat the puck out of the zone. What he attempted could be described as cheeky, but this time it backfired.

Fortunately for Andersen and the Hurricanes, it would not come back to haunt them as they peeled away with a narrow 2-1 victory over the Penguins.
It ought to make for a valuable learning experience, though. Aside from that one play Andersen had a perfect game, stopping 34 out of 35 Pittsburgh shots. So no need dogpiling on him for this one whoopsie.
