Jordan Eberle congratulates Connor Bedard for breaking his World Junior record (video)

During the opening frame of Monday's quarter-final game against Slovakia, Connor Bedard, the projected first overall pick in this year's draft, broke three Canadian World Junior records.

Bedard now sits atop the all-time points by a Canadian (29) and most points in a single tournament by a Canadian (19), in World Junior history. But also broke another record, perhaps the most significant of the three. His 15th career World Junior goal on Monday surpassed Jordan Eberle's previous record of 14.

After Bedard scored the goal, Hockey Canada posted a video on social media of Jordan Eberle congratulating the 17-year-old on breaking his World Junior record. Check out the video below!
