Ryan Reynolds talks about hopes for successful bid for ownership of Ottawa Senators
Ryan Reynolds has expressed great interest in becoming a part-owner of the Ottawa Senators, and now he is coming up with all-time quotes backing up his claims.
If he does indeed get part ownership of the franchise, he doesn't want to just be a typical supporter. In fact, he wants to be a "frothy, rabies-infused fan the likes of which the NHL has never seen."
Reynolds seems primed to entertain an all-new level of exhilaration into the game, and he has already met with Gary Bettman.
The infamous actor spoke about the Sens in a recent interview with Derek Monias, the student chief at Dennis Franklin Cromarty High School in Thunder Bay, Ontario. The video can be seen below.

Bettman spoke to reporters about the topic on Tuesday and didn't hide the fact that he is a fan himself.
Reynolds reportedly feels more of a connection to Ottawa even though he currently lives in Vancouver.
"I spent quite a bit of time there when I was younger and I think that the Ottawa Senators as an organization can explode. Not just within its own community, within Canada, but also I think globally."
"We'll see where it shakes out. The journey has also been really interesting," said Reynolds of the bidding process. "I've learned so much. I learned more about the inner workings of NHL over the last couple of months than I would have ever dreamed. So, it's been it's been a lot of fun."
