Oilers Forward Bodies Edmonton Reporter for Asking Dumb Questions

Certain members of NHL media are rather unpopular among players and fans alike. They often bring it upon themselves, whether it be in the form of harsh criticism, contentious exchanges with players, or just flat-out bad question-asking.

Oilers reporter for the Edmonton Journal - Jim Matheson - absolutely falls under that category. In case anyone missed it or forgets, Matheson had the infamous exchange with Leon Draisaitl last season in which he called the Oilers' star 'pissy' after a tough loss.

Earlier on Thursday, Matheson was interviewing another Oilers forward - Klim Kostin - ahead of their game against St. Louis, and Kostin not only deflected the question; he gave it to Matheson. Suggesting that fans don't like his questions, based on his experience on Twitter. Love that for him.

Kostin hasn't taken long to endear himself to Oilers fans; he's played hard and is saying all the right things - especially his response to Matheson. Scrolling through the comments of the Matheson exchange, fans absolutely love this kid.
