After missing the last month due to a lower-body injury, the Florida Panthers are set to receive a huge boost to their line-up in the way of Aaron Ekblad.
Panthers Head Coach Paul Maurice told reporters on Tuesday that he expects Ekblad will be able to return to the lineup on Saturday when Florida hosts Connor McDavid and the Edmonton Oilers.
Ekblad, 26, suffered the injury on October 17th against the Boston Bruins and has missed the last 10 games, with Florida going 5-4-1 in that time.
In three games this season, Ekblad has one goal, four penalty minutes and is a plus-one.
