What should have been a great moment for former first-round draft pick K'Andre Miller was marred by a vile act of racism. Miller, who recently signed his entry-level contract with the New York Rangers, was taking part in live chat with the team via Zoom when it was hijacked by someone calling themselves "The FBI". You can see for yourself below:

Given the circumstances, Miller handled himself well. The incident caused enough buzz on Twitter that the Rangers decided to release a statement sternly condemning the act, adding it was being investigated.

Following that statement, the NHL released on of its own saying it "wouldn't be tolerated in our league" and condemned it as a despicable act.

Miller received support from many people on social media, including some notable names such as Spittin' Chiclets co-host "Rear Admiral" (Brian McGonagle) and USA Hockey.
