New York Rangers Sign C Vincent Trocheck to Seven Year Contract
Trocheck, 29, is reportedly signing a 7-year contract with the New York Rangers, per ESPN's Emily Kaplan, with an AAV of $5.625 million for a total of $39.375:
The Pittsburgh Native has been a strong NHL center since his days in Florida & can score at a decent clip. He's scored 378 points in 555 NHL games, while winning more face-offs than he loses (and he takes a lot of them) in addition to playing a rugged, physical style of play. A perfect fit for the New York Rangers, who are fresh off an Eastern Conference Final run.
