Frank Seravalli reveals his top ten buyout candidates
The NHL's buyout window will open on July 1st, twelve days before the start of free agency and on Monday, Frank Seravalli shared his top ten buyout candidates.
The majority of the ten players on Seravalli's list have multiple years remaining on their contracts and some have a fairly high cap hit. Considering those two factors, along with the salary cap only going up by $1 million, it would be extremely difficult to trade any of the players on this list, making a buyout much more likely.

8. Jason Zucker (Pittsburgh Penguins)
9. Patrik Nemeth (New York Rangers)
10. Nick Foligno (Boston Bruins)
