Oilers' Josh Archibald Ready to Return After Myocarditis Battle

After a lengthy battle with Myocarditis, EDM F Josh Archibald is available for Game 2. Though not confirmed that he will dress, this would be a welcome addition to the Oilers' bottom six.

Archibald was granted a medical exemption for the COVID vaccine by his cardiologist. Consequently, due to Canadian government limitations, he was unable to cross the border without succumbing to a quarantine period. Between his ailment & his vaccine status, he's been inactive since March 17, 2021.

Now I'm no virologist, so I don't know how Archibald feels or what he's been through. But I imagine it hasn't been an easy year for him, and it probably won't be a seamless transition into playoff hockey.
