After the Boston Bruins stormed out in the first period, Canes' G Antti Raanta stood tall & blanked the B's for the opening frame. It wasn't until well into the second period that a goal was scored, and it was Seth Jarvis who broke the seal:
It didn't take long for the Canes to score #2:
Taylor Hall would bring Boston within one:
But that's all the Bruins would muster, as Carolina would extend the lead:
