NHLPA Investigation Into Blackhawks' Scandal Response Determines Miscommunication Cause of Inaction

This most likely is not the last we will hear of this saga, as there is still lots of questions to be answered. But law firm Cozen O'Connor's investigative findings into Don Fehr & the NHLPA revealed that miscommunications & misunderstandings led to insufficient action, rather than individual or systemic action. Some may find these findings insufficient due to the nature of the incident. Sexual assault & the display of absolute disregard for the safety of others does not sit well with the general public, and many expect heads to roll.
However, the results of an independent investigation must be considered accurate & holistic.
