Diagnosis On Jack Hughes Isn't Great
Devils Lindy Ruff today confirmed Jack Hughes underwent imaging on his injured leg following a heavy check from New York Islanders' F Oliver Wahlstrom.
The team released a tweet announcing Hughes' diagnosis this evening.
This effectively puts the Devils on full tank watch, as without Hughes they don't stand much of a chance on any given night. And with their AHL affiliate Utica Comets in the midst of a Calder Cup chase, don't be surprised if they start sending eligible players down.
