Pop star Justin Bieber trolls Habs fans while playing the Bell Centre in Montreal (w/video)

Imagine charging people a whole bunch of money to come see you in concert and then trolling them while they're there. That's exactly what pop star Justin Bieber did at the Bell Centre in Montreal Tuesday night.

Bieber, a noted Toronto Maple Leafs fanatic, was in between songs when he jokingly asks the very pro Montreal Canadiens crowd "how about those Leafs, though huh?"

After some booing from the audience, Bieber added "Auston Matthews is really doing some work here in Montreal", which brought on even more booing from the crowd. Then comes the line that brought the biggest reaction from the audience.

"How's that playoff spot lookin' for you guys this year?"

Montreal has already been mathematically eliminated from a playoff spot and, for all intents and purposes, were never really in the hunt at any point once the season got underway. That said, it was only the previous season when Toronto had a 3-1 lead over Montreal in the first round of the playoffs only to lose in seven games and be eliminated. Bieber has a short memory I guess. Oh well, all in good fun!
