When you think of international hockey, Kuwait and Iran might just be the last two countries that come into your head. But, the two teams were taking part in an International Ice Hockey Federation tournament this week comprised of Division IV teams. Long story short, you won't be seeing either of these countries at the World Hockey Championship any time.

Iran, who is in its first year in this tournament, would go on to beat Kuwait 9-2 in this game. Kuwait is in its 20th year competing. With the score 2-0 for Iran, the two teams let their tempers boil over and got into a brawl, sort of. Besides some fighting, there were guys leaving the bench, while one player attempts an overhand chop on another with his stick. Cooler heads would eventually prevail and the game would continue.
