TRAGIC: Bruins Goaltender Unexpectedly Passes Away at 53

The Boston Bruins put out a tragic announcement today. Their former goaltender, Blaine Lacher has passed away at a young age.

Lacher, who was a Bruin for two years, became their starter in the 1994-95 season, and put up an incredible effort in the 1995 playoffs.

The Alberta native will be missed dearly by the many people he impacted in his career.

Rest in peace, Blaine.
