Connor Bedard has made a habit of stunning fans in his rookie year, and against the division rival Stars, he's done it again with an amazing goal.
Connor Bedard has played 62 games in his rookie campaign after suffering a broken jaw, and even with a lack of talent around him and the injury, he's managed to excel. On Saturday, he came into a game with the rival Dallas Stars on a six-game goalless drought, and early in the game he changed that on the powerplay with a beautiful shot that beat Sebastian Wedgewood to give them a 1-0 lead.
What a snipe by Bedard 😮💨
The goal was the 22nd of Bedard's rookie campaign, giving him 59 points in 62 games played, and with the season drawing to an end, this stunning goal may officially put an end to the Calder Trophy debate.
