Marchand takes on the much larger opponent in a quick bout

He's heading to SummerSlam to fight for the belt.

There were not many punches thrown by either player, and it was a rather quick take-down by Niko Mikkola. Who knows what would have happened if they were allowed to go longer. Everyone knows Brad Marchand can fight but could he really have beaten out the reach advantage of Niko Mikkola?

Bruins and Panthers battle it out for first in the division

With the game on Tuesday night each team had 97 points, with the Panthers holding an extra game in hand. The game was intense and featured the Bruins coming back three times in the game to eventually win it 4-3.

After the first period the Panthers were ahead 2-1. A goal by David Pastrnak in the second tied it up. In the third period with 10 minutes to go in the game Carter Vehaeghe scored to bring the Panthers the lead. The game seemed like it would be a 3-2 Panthers win until Trent Fredric evened the score with 4:30 remaining in the game. Two minutes later David Pastrnak would shoot the puck off Pavel Zacha for the 4-3 lead and the Bruins would hold on to solidify the victory.
