Saturday night was another brutal one for the Vancouver Canucks and their fans. After managing to get a 6-2 win over the Ottawa Senators in their last game, the Canucks went back to their losing ways Saturday, dropping a 4-1 decision to the Pittsburgh Penguins. Fans were clearly frustrated. With a little over a minute left in the game, and an empty net for Vancouver, fans started a loud "Fire Benning" chant, referring to general manager Jim Benning. Then, with a stoppage in play with 1.6 seconds left in the game, someone tossed a jersey onto the ice. Pittsburgh's Brian Dumoulin picked it up with a his stick and sent it back to the right side of the glass. Video of both incidents are included.

The second video, which shows the jersey toss, also shows footage of Canucks head coach Travis Green, who had a look on his face like he was ready to call it quits. While Montreal is having a similar season to Vancouver, the team has already cleaned house in its front office, getting rid of GM Marc Bergevin and others, Until the Canucks decide to do the same, or start winning again, expect more of this.
