Jack Eichel gives further update on his surgery

After receiving the disk replacement surgery that he wanted, Jack Eichel gave an update on how it went.

Eichel thinks that the surgery went well and he has already left the hospital, after Dr. Chad Prusmack told him that the disc he had to take out was a complete mess. This caused him to have to take some extra time, but he couldn't have been more precise or pleased with the results.

«I honestly feel really good. I just went for a walk,» Eichel said.

The 25-year-old also seemingly is ready to make an impact with the Vegas Golden Knights, and he hopes it is sooner rather than later.

«More motivated than ever I can't wait to tackle it.»

Eichel is expected to spend at least three weeks in Denver recovering before moving to Las Vegas where he will spend the rest of the 3 months of his rehab before returning to the ice. Once he does though, the NHL will need to watch out for the Vegas Golden Knights.
