A Jack Eichel deal has been completed, according to Darren Dreger

Jack Eichel is finally on the move. According to TSN's Darren Dreger, a deal has been made with the Vegas Golden Knights and the only thing left is a trade call with the league to make it official.

"Pending trade call, The @BuffaloSabres trade Jack Eichel and a 2023 3rd round pick, to the @GoldenKnightsfor Peyton Krebs, Alex Tuch, a 1st in 2022 and a 3rd in 2023," said Dreger on Twitter.

Meanwhile, Dreger said he expects Eichel to have his disc replacement surgery soon. It will be around four months before he'll be cleared to play again.

According to CapFriendly, if Dreger is 100 percent accurate on the components of the trade, it likely means Mark Stone is being moved to LTIR in order for Vegas to clear cap space.
