Hagel got two minutes for it, and the officials didn't go to video to review a possible major.
Gilbert Delorme said on Le Club du Matin that Hagel had the shoulder and the boards available, and still went up high. He wants at least five games.
If the shoulder does the job, going up high with the elbow is a choice, and Delorme has that part right.
It's a driver who has room to brake and swerves into your lane anyway.
Will the league agree? The report didn't mention any word on discipline.
