The Winnipeg Jets have a released a statement making clear the expectations for those attending games at Canada Life Centre when the 2021-22 begins.

"True North Sports and Entertainment would like to confirm that our entertainment venues will be selling to full capacity and that we expect all employees, event staff and guests to provide proof of full vaccination," said the team. "The majority of our season ticket holders have shared with us that having a proof of COVID-19 vaccination policy for the Canada Life Centre and Burton Cummings Theatre is important to them."

While no other Canadian team has yet to state that proof of vaccination will be required to attend games, I would bet on that being the case. In fact, it will likely extend far past just hockey games, with several provinces talking about "vaccine passports" in order to get into things like bars, restaurants, gyms, etc.

In it's FAQs, the team also states that masks must still be worn by everyone attending games. Children under 12 who are not yet eligible to receive the vaccine can attend. Those over the age of 12 must be full vaccinated.
