Connor McDavid sends a message to fans ahead of crucial game 4
The Edmonton Oilers are on the verge of their season ending tonight, at the hands of the Florida Panthers. Connor McDavid has now sent a message to fans.
Connor McDavid, and his supporting cast of Leon Draisaitl, Evan Bouchard, and Zach Hyman have been shutdown by the Florida Panthers and Sergei Bobrovsky in the Stanley Cup Finals.
Now headed into game 4 in Edmonton, they are at risk of getting swept, and the Florida Panthers are only one win away from being Stanley Cup champions.
With this in mind, Connor McDavid, who has been captain of the Edmonton Oilers for the better part of a decade now, has addressed fans with these comments:
Just keep cheering. It's not over until it's over.
The odds are stacked heavily against the Edmonton Oilers, but ultimately nothing is impossible. We will see if Connor McDavid and the Edmonton Oilers can force a game 5 against the Florida Panthers tonight.
