William Nylander's injury situation has been a major story in the playoffs thus far, and now we are learning more and more about what's keeping him sidelined.

Despite going 1-1 in two games in Boston, the Toronto Maple Leafs continue to be without one of their biggest stars in William Nylander, and it appears he may be in major doubt for game three as well. While everyone in Toronto has been tight-lipped around his injury, we now know exactly what is happening;

As I mentioned on Leafs Morning Take a few moments ago, it is believed that William Nylander is dealing with a head injury.

Ahead of game two, it was reported that Nylander's injury came as a result of a hit taken in the regular season finale against Tampa Bay, and it appears he just can't get past it. With all of the research into head injuries, it makes sense that the team are being cautious, so now we wait and see whether or not Nylander can return at any point in this first round series against the Boston Bruins.
