Samsonov Forced From Practice With Apparent Injury During Pregame Skate
The Leafs look like they can not shake the injury bug this season, with Ilya Samsonov looking like the next victim. During the Leafs pregame skate today ahead of their game against the Hurricanes, Samsonov appeared to suffer an injury after making a save, forcing him out of practice early.
Ilya Samsonov just left the #leafs morning skate after falling awkwardly while making a save. Didn't look good.
Samsonov had previously just found his groove for the Leafs after a difficult start to the season that saw him sent to the minors for a stretch. Now, it appears he will have an injury as another hurdle for his season.
