Matt Rempe has built himself quite the reputation over the last few weeks as one of the best young fighters in the league.

Tonight, faced with the opportunity to fight Ryan Reaves, who'd be hinting at a fight for the ages for the last few days, he made the funniest decision possible.

After Reaves prompted the young forward to fight, Rempe promptly skated away smiling, knowing that the best way to ruin Reaves' night would be to not fight at all.

Pretty legendary move in my opinion, especially as the Leafs fans booed him!

He's gained some enemies and fans tonight!
