Adam Ruzicka has been a solid player for the Calgary Flames and Arizona Coyotes, but one wrong social media post in the past week and now his career has been turned upside down.

That controversial post saw him have his contract officially terminated by the Arizona Coyotes, and now, the 24-year old Slovakian forward has officially addressed the situation.

Ruzicka showed maturity by not looking to deflect blame or deny anything, as he simply admitted that he made a huge mistake in posting what he did, and at just 24-years old, if he can rebuild his reputation, there's no doubt he will be able to continue his hockey career one day.

With 40 points in his 117 NHL games to date, he has the talent to be in the top league in the world, but it will likely take a long time if he can ever convince another NHL team to give him an opportunity.
