After Connor Bedard left the Chicago Blackhawks game against the New Jersey Devils due to a dirty hit from defenceman Brendan Smith, he has now been ruled out of the game.

He was rushed to the locker room after the hits, and the Blackhawks have now announced that he will not return to tonight's game.
