BREAKING: Nick Ritchie Given Massive Suspension

Former NHLer Nick Ritchie was handed an eight-game suspension for his actions during a match in the LIIGA.

Yesterday, Nick Ritchie went viral for attacking a defenseless opponent and subsequently getting ejected.

Just now, TSN insider Chris Johnston revealed what Ritchie's punishment would be.

Some may argue that an eight-game suspension is too much while others may argue that it is too little but it is certainly warranted.

Ritchie has played in 481 career NHL games scoring 84 goals and 186 points. He began his career with the Ducks and played with them, the Bruins, the Coyotes, The Maple Leafs, and the Flames.

NHL teams may take note of this and blackball him from the league for his dirty actions.
