It's official - after recovering from his off-season hip surgery, Jesse Puljujarvi has been cleared by doctors to return to the NHL.

While he never lived up to the expectations of a fourth overall pick, there is still reason to believe he can help a team. In the past, the Washington Capitals and Seattle Kraken have shown interest.
