News of 26-year-old free agent defenseman Ethan Bear potentially finding a home has started to heat up. Bear remains unsigned similar to the Patrick Kane situation due to injury. Now that he is ramping up his recovery teams have begun calling according to one insider.
One team in the Eastern Conference has been hoping Bear would sign with them before news of his bidding war came out.
