BREAKING: Massive Movement on Waivers as Four Players are Claimed

Lots of movement occurred today on waivers. Three players are headed to new teams while one is returning to his old one.

The last eligible day for teams to claim players on waivers ahead of locking in their opening night roster was a busy one.

Calgary claimed fourth liner AJ Greer from Boston, Colorado claimed goalie Ivan Provestov from Arizona, John Ludvig was claimed by the Penguins, and Lassi Thomson was reclaimed by the Ottawa Senators and will now be sent to the AHL.

We will see how these players do on their new teams.
