Sad news has been released today. A former Anaheim Ducks forward has passed away at age 29.
Kerdiles Passes Away At Age 29
An announcement was made today by the Anaheim Ducks confirming the passing of their former player Nic Kerdiles.
We're heartbroken to hear the news about Nic Kerdiles, who died in a motorcycle accident this morning. An Irvine native, Nic became the first player from Orange County to play for the Ducks, in 2017. Our thoughts and deepest sympathies go out to his family and loved ones.
Kerdiles played in the NHL for 2 seasons both with the Ducks. In total, he played 6 professional seasons of hockey. As the announcement says Kerdiles was involved in a motorcycle accident. At this time other details are unknown
